WHAT IS TEACHER CHILD RATIO?

The Shri Ram Wonder Years follows a healthy ratio of 1:8 which means one teacher is responsible for 8 children which also includes one nanny/helper as it is one of the main aspects of a high – quality early childhood programme. This healthy ratio is approved by the government for every preschool.
IS THE FACULTY AND STAFF TRAINED?

Yes, we have a well trained set of faculties and staff with all the required qualifications along that we also provide training sessions and workshop held at Shri Educare Limited Gurugram and senior dignitaries visit us which is a two way approach . Teachers undergo three days of demo observation and also 3 rigorous rounds of interviews after which they are trained for a month according to shri norms.

Yes, it is compulsory to attend ptm as TSWY follows principle of 3 way handshake in which equal involvement of parents, teachers and child is required for the child’s overall growth and development.
Tswy follows two types of parent teacher interaction-
- Open day- which is held quarterly, it gives an insight to the child’s progress and an interaction between the parent and the teacher related to that.
- Open house- scheduled twice a year (1st term and 2nd term). The child’s progress report is shared with the parent covering exhaustive parameters like-

- Physical development (gross motor skills, fine motor skills)
